To download the complete file at one time is only feasible by ISDN or by 56k modem. If you have a standard modem it will take a long, long time to download (1-2hrs). In this case it is best to download one section at a time, or just the sections that you want.

To view any of these files you will first need to install Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0. This will take about 10 minutes by ISDN, and about 20 minutes by standard modem. Installing this program is a good idea for use on other PDF documents and web pages so its worth the wait.
